The design carries Guinness World Records certification branding and the inscription JOENSUU SUOMI-FINLAND, with the zero-euro denomination indicated at lower centre. The year 2019 and the EUROSOUVENIR programme identifier appear alongside the authorized signatures of R. Faille, C.E.O., and LEAS. |
