Reverse description The reverse follows the standard Euro Souvenir programme layout, with vignettes of six iconic European monuments arranged across the design: the Brandenburg Gate (Berlin), the Tower of Belém (Lisbon), the Eiffel Tower (Paris), the Colosseum (Rome), the Sagrada Família (Barcelona), and the Manneken Pis (Brussels). A reproduction of Leonardo da Vinci's Mona Lisa appears at the right. The printer's imprint of Oberthur Fiduciaire is inscribed at lower centre.

Comments

Euro Souvenir notes are an officially sanctioned collectible series launched in France in 2015 and later expanded across Europe, produced under license from the European Central Bank and printed to the same security specifications as genuine euro banknotes — same paper, same dimensions, same Oberthur production line in Chantilly. The zero denomination is a deliberate legal device, since reproducing a real denomination for non-monetary use would violate EU counterfeiting statutes.

Joensuu, the capital of North Karelia, joined the series in 2019. Oberthur Fiduciaire has printed the overwhelming majority of Euro Souvenir issues since the program's inception.
