| 备注 |
Jan Domarski scored the goal that eliminated England from the 1974 World Cup qualifying campaign — a 1-1 draw at Wembley in October 1973 that ended England's run of never having failed to qualify. Poland went on to finish third at the tournament in West Germany. This souvenir zero-euro note was issued by the Warsaw Museum of Sport and Tourism as a collector piece, part of the broader European souvenir note program that has run since 2015 and is printed under license by Oberthur Fiduciaire.
No legal tender value, no circulation history. The cotton substrate and watermark satisfy ECB visual guidelines for the format.
