The 0 Euro souvenir series launched commercially around 2015 under licensing arrangements with the European Central Bank, which permits the format provided the notes carry a face value that cannot compete with legal tender — hence the zero. Oberthur Fiduciaire, one of the major security printers behind genuine euro banknotes, produces the entire range, giving these souvenirs the same substrate, intaglio elements, and UV-reactive features as circulating currency. That's not incidental: the ECB licensing terms require it.
Yerebatan Sarnıcı — the Basilica Cistern — was built under Justinian I in the sixth century and remains one of Istanbul's most visited underground structures.
