Popis líce	Lilac and purple guilloche underprint covers the entire note. At left, the European Union flag in blue and gold is printed above the series date, with the large numeral '0' in dark intaglio-style at centre-left. To the right, a detailed vignette of the Highline Warsaw skyscraper dominates the central and right portion of the note against a warm golden sky, with the logotype 'HIGHLINE WARSAW / A MAGNICITY EXPERIENCE' above it. A facsimile signature of R. Faille (CEO) appears at lower right alongside the serial number prefix 'PLBZ', with 'EURO SOUVENIR' lettered in a cartouche at lower centre-left.

Popis rubu	The reverse carries vignettes of six celebrated European monuments arranged across the note: the Brandenburg Gate (Berlin), the Belém Tower (Lisbon), the Eiffel Tower (Paris), the Colosseum (Rome), the Sagrada Família (Barcelona), and the Manneken-Pis (Brussels). A reproduction of Leonardo da Vinci's Mona Lisa appears at right. The denomination '0€' is printed at upper left, with the printer's credit 'PRINTED BY OBERTHUR FIDUCIAIRE / MADE IN FRANCE' along the lower margin.
