Reverse description The reverse follows the standard Euosouvenir series layout, with six intaglio-style vignettes of iconic European monuments arranged across the note: Brandenburg Gate (Berlin), Torre de Belém, Eiffel Tower (Paris), Colosseum (Rome), Sagrada Família (Barcelona), and Manneken-Pis (Brussels). A reproduction of Leonardo da Vinci's Mona Lisa occupies the right portion of the design. The denomination '0€' and series text appear within the typical guilloche underprint framework used across the Euosouvenir programme.

The 0 Euro souvenir note program, administered through licensed distributors and printed by Oberthur Fiduciaire, has no legal tender status anywhere — it is a collectible from inception. This example was issued for Helsingin VPK, Finland's oldest voluntary fire brigade, founded in 1838, predating Finnish independence by nearly eight decades. The brigade's history runs through the Grand Duchy period, the civil war, and the Continuation War, during which it operated under extraordinary civilian pressure.

Oberthur produces these on genuine banknote paper with security features intact, which is precisely what drives collector demand for the format.
