EuroSouvenir's zero-denomination collector notes occupy a peculiar legal niche: printed to genuine banknote specifications by licensed security printers, they are not legal tender but must, under the scheme's rules, bear the zero value precisely to avoid counterfeiting law complications. Oberthur Fiduciaire produces these under the same facility conditions as circulating currency — same paper, same security printing standards.
Ľudovít Fulla was a Slovak painter and graphic artist whose work drew heavily on folk tradition; his permanent gallery in Ružomberok opened in 1969, the only museum in Slovakia dedicated to a single visual artist during his own lifetime.
