0 Euro - Futuroscope

The Futuroscope souvenir zero euro note was produced by Oberthur Fiduciaire under the UECP's collector program, which has issued hundreds of themed notes for tourist attractions, museums, and cultural sites across Europe since around 2015. Oberthur holds genuine eurozone security printing contracts, so these novelty pieces are printed on proper banknote paper with security features — UV threads, fine-line guilloché, and microprint — identical in specification to circulating currency. They are legal tender for zero euros, a technicality that gives them nominal status without monetary function.
