| 备注 |
The zero-euro souvenir note program, administered by Euro Souvenir under license from the European Central Bank, has produced hundreds of collector pieces since its launch around 2015 — but the 20th anniversary of euro banknote circulation is one of the few themes with a genuine commemorative logic rather than a regional tourism hook. Euro notes entered physical circulation on 1 January 2002, replacing twelve national currencies simultaneously. Oberthur Fiduciaire, one of the same security printers involved in producing actual euro banknotes, handles the series, which gives these pieces legitimate security printing credentials despite carrying no monetary value whatsoever.
