Dolnośląski Związek Piłki Nożnej is one of Poland's regional football governing bodies, overseeing amateur and semi-professional football across Lower Silesia — a region whose own borders and identity shifted dramatically after 1945 when the area was transferred from Germany to Poland and largely repopulated with displaced Poles.
