Opis awersu	The obverse carries a half-length portrait vignette of Eusébio in his S.L. Benfica jersey at centre-right, with the club's eagle-and-shield emblem to his right. To the left, a large numeral '0' guilloche vignette is flanked by the European Union flag and the issue code '2023-11', while a ring of gold stars forms part of the underprint. The 'EURO SOUVENIR' logotype appears at lower centre alongside a facsimile signature of R. Faille (C.E.O.), with the inscription 'EUSÉBIO 1942–2014' at the top and the serial number prefix MEAN at lower right.

Opis rewersu	The reverse follows the standard EuroSouvenir format, presenting six European architectural landmarks in vignette form: the Brandenburg Gate (Berlin), the Torre de Belém (Lisbon), the Eiffel Tower (Paris), the Colosseum (Rome), the Sagrada Família (Barcelona), and the Manneken-Pis (Brussels). A reproduction of Leonardo da Vinci's Mona Lisa appears to the right, with the denomination '0€' and the printer's imprint 'PRINTED BY OBERTHUR FIDUCIAIRE / MADE IN FRANCE' at lower centre.
