The Voltron Nevera is a Croatian-built electric hypercar produced by Rimac Automobili, and its appearance in the Europa-Park souvenir zero euro program reflects a 2023 partnership between the park and Rimac. These notes carry no monetary value and are issued under a French scheme, sanctioned by the Banque de France, that allows licensed cultural and tourist sites to commission legal-format collector notes through Oberthur Fiduciaire. The program has expanded aggressively since around 2015, with thousands of distinct designs now in circulation across Europe.
Oberthur's involvement as printer is the only thing separating these from novelty items — the security substrate and production standards are genuine.
