Europa-Park's souvenir 0 Euro note is part of the broader collector series launched in France around 2015 and since expanded across European tourist sites, museums, and landmarks. Oberthur Fiduciaire produces these under license, applying the same intaglio-adjacent security printing techniques used on genuine currency — a deliberate choice that gives the series its appeal to banknote collectors rather than just tourists passing through a gift shop.
