备注	Eurosouvenirs zero-euro collector notes have been produced under an agreement with the European Central Bank since 2015, which permits the design and sale of zero-denomination notes provided they bear no confusion with circulating currency. Oberthur Fiduciaire prints them with genuine security features — including a holographic strip and UV-reactive ink — to the same technical specification used for legal tender, which is precisely why the program attracted early controversy among central banking officials before the ECB formalized its position. This example commemorates Diego Maradona, issued in the year of his death.
