Zero-euro souvenir notes have been produced under license from the European Central Bank since 2015, with Oberthur Fiduciaire holding one of the principal printing contracts for the series. They carry no face value, circulate freely as collectibles, and are technically legal in the sense that counterfeiting one is still an offense — the ECB insisted on that from the outset.
Demänovská Cave of Liberty in the Low Tatras became a formal tourist attraction after Alois Král mapped its full extent in 1921. The cave system stretches over 8 kilometers, making it one of the longest in Slovakia.
