| 备注 |
The 0 Euro souvenir note program, administered by the UEEV, launched in 2016 with Oberthur Fiduciaire producing the initial run of site-specific issues under genuine euro-format security specifications — watermarks, holograms, and serial numbers included. Château de Valençay was among the early batch of French heritage locations to participate. The château is perhaps better known for housing Talleyrand's art collection and, less glamorously, for its brief wartime role during the Peninsular War when Ferdinand VII of Spain was held there under Napoleon's orders from 1808 to 1813.
Legally worthless as currency but printed to the same technical standards as circulating euro notes.
