备注	The zero-euro souvenir note program, administered by the UEAM (Union Européenne des Articles de Monaco), launched in 2015 as a legal-tender-adjacent collectible — technically valid denomination, practically a licensed tourist keepsake. Oberthur Fiduciaire prints them to full banknote security specification, including intaglio printing and embedded security thread, which is either admirable commitment or expensive overkill depending on your position on the program. Chenonceau was among the earliest château subjects in the French souvenir note rollout, and the 2017 issue sold through the château's own gift shop.
