EuroSouvenir notes occupy a peculiar niche: legal-design souvenirs produced under license from the European Central Bank, conforming to official euro banknote aesthetics but denominated at zero and explicitly non-monetary. Oberthur Fiduciaire — one of the few security printers with genuine euro production credentials — lends these pieces a technical legitimacy that most souvenir currency lacks.
