The Musée National de la Marine's Brest branch occupies the old Arsenal building — one of the few structures in the city to survive the near-total Allied bombing of 1944. The zero-euro souvenir note program, launched under European licence around 2015, gave regional museums a low-cost retail product with genuine security printing credentials.
