| 背面描述 | Six European architectural landmarks are rendered as individual vignettes across the face: the Brandenburg Gate (Berlin), the Tower of Belém (Lisbon), the Eiffel Tower (Paris), the Colosseum (Rome), the Sagrada Família (Barcelona), and the Manneken Pis (Brussels). A portrait of Leonardo da Vinci's Mona Lisa appears to the right, with the printer's inscription along the lower margin. |

Euro Souvenir notes occupy a curious commercial niche — legally denominated at zero euros, they are manufactured to genuine banknote specification by licensed security printers, meaning Oberthur's involvement here is not ceremonial. The firm prints actual circulating currency for multiple central banks, and the same production standards apply to these collector pieces, including the security paper and print registration that make counterfeiting them pointless.
Scherpenheuvel's basilica, completed in 1627, was one of the earliest domed churches built north of the Alps — a pilgrimage site with a long Hapsburg connection, which gives this otherwise lightweight souvenir more historical freight than most in the series.
