The EuroSouvenir program — launched by the European Central Bank's tacit tolerance rather than any formal endorsement — extended to Canadian tourism operators around 2018–2019, an unusual case of a euro-denominated collectible issued for a country that neither uses the euro nor belongs to the eurozone.
