| 表面の説明 | Central vignette presents a panoramic view of the Begijnhof courtyard in Amsterdam, rendered in rose-violet intaglio-style print, with the Amsterdam municipal coat of arms — a red shield bearing three white Saint Andrew's crosses flanked by two lions and surmounted by the imperial crown — positioned in the upper centre-right. To the left, a large intaglio zero numeral occupies the centre-left field, accompanied by the EU flag vignette and the series date '2025-11'. A guilloche underprint in pale tones covers the entire note, with a column of gold and blue stars along the right margin and the 'EURO SOUVENIR' logotype in the lower centre. |

A portrait of the Mona Lisa by Leonardo da Vinci is positioned at the right. The denomination '0€' appears at upper left, with the printer's imprint and country of manufacture stated in the lower field. |

The Euro Souvenir program, administered under license from the European Central Bank, has produced commemorative zero-denomination notes since 2015 — legally valid in design compliance but carrying no monetary value by definition. Oberthur Fiduciaire prints the entire series, applying the same security substrate and production standards used for circulating euro issues, which is the whole point: these are not novelty items off a desktop printer.
The 750 designation marks Amsterdam's 750th anniversary of city foundation, traditionally dated to 1275 when Count Floris V granted toll privileges to settlers at the Amstel dam.
