| 备注 |
The 1953 North Sea flood killed over 1,800 people in the Netherlands and remains the country's deadliest peacetime disaster of the 20th century. This zero-denomination souvenir note was issued on the 70th anniversary, part of the EuroSouvenir program that produces legal-format commemorative pieces — technically not legal tender anywhere, but printed to euro banknote specifications by Oberthur Fiduciaire, the same contractor behind numerous genuine euro series.
Oberthur's involvement gives these pieces their convincing tactile quality, though collectors should note the series is a commercial commemorative product, not a central bank issue.
