备注	Navalvillar de Pela is a small municipality in the province of Badajoz, Extremadura. This note belongs to the vast category of Spanish Civil War–era local emergency currency — the billetes locales — issued from 1936 onward when the Republic's central government could no longer guarantee adequate small-denomination coinage supply to every town.
