| 备注 |
Benilloba is a tiny municipality in the Comtat region of Valencia, population a few hundred even today. During the Civil War, the breakdown of the Republican monetary supply — caused by hoarding of metal coin and the collapse of confidence in central-government notes — forced hundreds of Spanish municipalities to print their own fractional currency. Benilloba's issues belong to that same emergency wave of 1937, when local councils became de facto monetary authorities out of necessity rather than any legal mandate.
The Gari catalogue is the primary reference for these Valencian municipals, and 306-A is among the scarcer small-denomination village issues.
