Gold = 1/20 Dollar' appears in bold Fraktur at both the top and bottom of the note, flanking a dense block of redemption text in smaller Fraktur script. The text states the note is backed by a deposit of German Reich value-stable bonds held at the Reichsbanknebenstellle Wetzlar and calls for exchange no later than 15 December 1923, with the printer's imprint 'K. Waldschmidt, Wetzlar' at the foot. |
