| Reverse description | A spread double-headed eagle, the Albanian national symbol, is displayed prominently in the centre of the field, flanked on each side by a fasces (lictor's axe and rods), emblems of Fascist Italian authority. The legend SHQIPNI arcs across the top of the coin, with the denomination LEK 0.20 and the issuing name ALBANIA inscribed in large letters across the lower field. The date and the Roman numeral regnal year of the Fascist era appear at the lower left and lower right respectively, with the Rome Mint mark R at the bottom. The overall design merges Albanian national iconography with Italian Fascist symbolism. |
