备注	Casa Segalà was a Barcelona retail business collectivized under anarcho-syndicalist administration during the Civil War. With the Republic's small-denomination coinage almost entirely hoarded or melted down by mid-1936, collectivized enterprises across Catalonia began issuing their own fractional vales — essentially IOUs redeemable at the issuing establishment. This note is one of thousands of such pieces produced by individual firms, cooperatives, and municipal bodies during that monetary breakdown. The dry seal was the issuer's primary authentication method, pressed directly into the card stock rather than printed — a practical choice for a business without access to sophisticated printing equipment.
