Obverse description Veiled and turreted female head facing right, rendered in profile with flowing drapery falling behind the neck. The veil is depicted with fine parallel striations suggesting fabric texture, and a stephane or ornamental headband adorns the crown. A dotted border frames the upper field of the flan. The effigy is rendered in a Hellenistic style characteristic of Sicilian bronze coinage of the late third to early second century BC.
