| Obverse description | Veiled and turreted female head facing right, rendered in profile with flowing drapery falling behind the neck. The veil is depicted with fine parallel striations suggesting fabric texture, and a stephane or ornamental headband adorns the crown. A dotted border frames the upper field of the flan. The effigy is rendered in a Hellenistic style characteristic of Sicilian bronze coinage of the late third to early second century BC. |
