| Obverse description | Radiate head of Helios facing right, rendered in fine Hellenistic style with flowing, wavy locks falling behind the neck. The solar rays emanating from the deity's crown are depicted as a distinctive series of elongated, striated spikes fanning outward across the upper field. The facial features are sensitively modelled with a straight nose, slightly parted lips, and a serene, idealized expression. The bust is unadorned and bare-shouldered, occupying the full diameter of the flan. No legend appears on the obverse. |
