| Reverse description | The central field bears multi-line Arabic inscriptions in Ottoman script denoting the denomination, value in para, and the regnal year, all enclosed within a dotted inner circle. A three-quarter chain wreath of floral and foliate motifs frames the central device, mirroring the obverse arrangement, and terminates at the base with a single dot below the wreath. The regnal year counter (sene) appears prominently within the legend, distinguishing the issues of years 25 and 26 of Mahmud II's reign. |
