Obverse description An allegorical female figure standing to the right, holding a cornucopia of fruit and grapes in her left arm, crowning with a laurel wreath a young winegrower standing before her, who holds a pruning hook in his right hand. A grapevine with bunches of grapes is visible to the left, with a plough and wheel in the background to the right. The engraver's signature SCHENK appears in the lower right field, and the legend ORA ET LABORA curves along the upper rim.
