Obverse description High-relief bust of Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart in right profile, depicted in 18th-century dress with lace jabot and ribbon-tied wig. The legend WOLFG · AMAD · MOZART arcs along the upper left rim, with the birth and death dates 1756-1791 inscribed in the field to the left of the bust. The engraver's signature A. SCHARFF appears in small letters at the lower rim.
