Obverse description Bare male head facing right, rendered in the Ibero-Roman artistic tradition with finely detailed wavy hair. A dolphin is positioned behind the head, and two further dolphins appear in the field before the face, serving as characteristic mint symbols of the Saltuie oppidum. The portraiture displays strong Hellenistic influence typical of Iberian coinage of the late Republican period.
