| Obverse description | Draped and armored bust of Sigismund III Vasa facing right, wearing an elaborate crown, with a prominent ruff collar visible at the truncation. The king is depicted with a mustache and short beard in the characteristic late Renaissance portrait style. The circumferential Latin legend is divided by the effigy, reading partially on the right field and continuing around the left. The overall style is consistent with the hammered coinage of the Lublin mint of this period. |
