| Reverse description | Large sigma (Σ) rendered as a broad, monogram-like letter dominating the center of the reverse, set within a shallow incuse square. The magistrate's name ΘΡΑΣΥΚΛΗΣ is distributed around the central sigma, with letters arranged in the field to the left and right of the symbol. The incuse square has straight, well-defined borders. The overall design is typical of late Hellenistic Sikyonian fractional silver, where the magistrate's name identifies the issuing authority. |
