Obverse description Youthful male head facing right, likely depicting Apollo or a local hero, with flowing hair rendered in fine strands. The portrait is executed in a relatively naturalistic Thessalian style characteristic of the mid-fourth century BC. The surfaces show typical patination of a circulated bronze issue. No legend appears on the obverse. The flan is irregular, as is typical of hammered bronze coinage of this period.
