Obverse description Draped and laureate bust of Boule facing right, personifying the sacred council of Prymnessus, rendered in the provincial style characteristic of Phrygian civic bronzes of the Severan period. The bust displays a stephane or wreath atop the head, with drapery visible at the shoulder. The Greek legend IΕΡΑ ΒΟΥΛΗ appears in the field to the right of the bust, identifying the personification as the Holy Council.
