Reverse description The reverse features the distinctive Gondopharan dynastic symbol prominently displayed in the centre of the square flan, consisting of a circular element mounted on a vertical stem with a crossbar, resembling an anchor-derived device adapted as a royal emblem. Kharoshthi script legend surrounds the symbol, occupying the lower and lateral fields of the coin. The execution is characteristic of local die-cutting of the Chach region, with a bold if somewhat irregular strike. The combination of the royal symbol and vernacular script legend is typical of Indo-Parthian issues struck for eastern provincial circulation.
