Obverse description Facing bust of King Wittiza in the central field, depicted in a highly stylized, schematic manner characteristic of late Visigothic coinage, wearing a crown with a central pellet finial and a draped or jewelled collar visible at the base of the neck. The bust is rendered with large, prominent facial features in low relief. A circular legend in Latin capitals surrounds the effigy, enclosed within a beaded border.

Reverse description A bold cross pattée occupies the center of the field, its four terminals each adorned with a multi-pointed star or starburst ornament, with additional stars distributed symmetrically throughout the surrounding field. The entire design is enclosed within a continuous circular Latin legend and a beaded outer border, consistent with the decorative vocabulary of Visigothic tremisses struck at Toledo.
