Obverse description Facing bust of King Liuva II rendered in the characteristic late Visigothic style, depicted with a stylized frontal face, large eyes, and prominent features. The effigy is shown wearing a diadem or crown with a cross above, and a decorated garment visible at the shoulders. A pellet or globus is visible below the bust.
