Reverse description Central field bears a multi-line Persian nastaliq inscription recording the mint name and regnal year, reading 'Zarb Dar al-Ilm Shiraz 1250' (Struck at the Seat of Knowledge, Shiraz, AH 1250), executed in bold calligraphic strokes with decorative flourishes and foliate ornaments filling the surrounding field. The Hijri date 1250 appears at the lower portion of the central legend, partially visible at the base of the inner field. The design is enclosed within a continuous inner border of raised pellets, with a plain outer rim completing the composition. The hand-struck technique results in slight irregularities in both the flan shape and the strike, consistent with provincial Qajar mint production.
