The central device features a colorfully enameled coiled snake adorned with floral motifs, above which appears the legend 中國人民郵政 (China People's Post). The character 蛇 (Snake) appears in relief at the top of the field, with the stamp catalogue reference T.133.(1-1) and year 1989 inscribed in the lower portion of the stamp design. |
