Obverse description Central device features a large portrait bust of Emperor Constantine the Great facing slightly right, rendered in high relief. The Cyrillic legend '1700 ГОДИНА МИЛАНСКОГ ЕДИКТА' curves along the upper periphery and 'ЦАР КОНСТАНТИН' along the lower periphery, each separated from the portrait field by a row of six raised dots on either side.

Reverse description Central field depicts a partially unrolled scroll held upright, with a Chi-Rho (Christogram) symbol visible at the lower right of the scroll.
