Comments

The "100 Guilders" denomination has no connection to any Mauritian monetary unit — the island has used the rupee since the nineteenth century. This is a privately produced polymer token, not a legal tender banknote, almost certainly issued as a novelty or collector item. Yuri Minkin is associated with several such fantasy note productions aimed at the souvenir and numismatic curiosity market rather than any central bank mandate.
