Obverse description
Stylized, embossed image of the Santos Dumont Building, where was the Turning Restorer, with images, also stylized, of some tourist points possible to be seen through the windows of the restaurant. On the image of the Building, in large letters, the word RIO, being that in the center of the `O` there are 16 rays, supposedly simulating the image of the Sun. Below the image of the building, in large letters the phrase `la Tour`. On the sides, in smaller letters, on the right the legend RESTAURANTE GIRATORIO and the left the legend MIRANTE.
