Reverse description The field is enclosed within an ornate foliate cartouche border and lists thirteen Members of Parliament — the so-called 'Noble Thirteen' — who voted against the Jesuit Estates Act, each name followed by the abbreviation M.P. The date MAR. 28 1889 appears in the lower exergue; a suspension hole is pierced at the top rim.
