Novelty casino tokens occupy a strange corner of numismatics — legally neither coins nor currency, they exist in a gray zone that has allowed unlicensed character licensing to flourish on cheap injection-molded discs since the 1990s. The Iceberg Casino name is fictional, lifted directly from Batman's rogues' gallery: the Penguin's criminal front in the comics and animated series.
No secondary market standardization exists for these pieces. Condition distinctions that matter for struck coinage are largely irrelevant here given manufacturing tolerances in plastic molding.
