| Reverse description | A large, elaborately quartered and crowned heraldic shield dominates the reverse field, displaying the complex armorial bearings of the Anhalt-Bernburg princely house including eagles, semy fields, and other dynastic quarterings. The date 17-27 is divided on either side of the upper portion of the shield, while the mintmaster's initials I-G appear flanking the lower section. The denomination 1/3 is inscribed below the shield, with the inscription FEIN SILB: indicating the silver fineness. The full ruler's titles and name VICTOR • FRIDERICUS • D • G • P • A • DUX • S • A • & • W • C • AS • C • D • B • & • S encircle the shield in a continuous Latin legend around the periphery of the coin. |
