Reverse description The quartered arms of Anhalt, displaying the eagle of Ascania impaling the barry field of Anhalt, surmounted by a large ornate princely crown. The shield is flanked on either side by decorative palm or laurel sprays forming a wreath-like frame. The date 1692 appears divided to the left and right of the crowned shield, and the fractional denomination 2/3 is displayed in a cartouche at the base of the wreath. The circular Latin legend runs between the design and the reeded rim.
